    Hi there, I wanted to share a couple of recent experiences at your bank, one of which was absolutely wonderful, and the other, well, not so much. My mom and I popped into the branch on November 1st, 2025, to get a couple of new bank accounts set up. We had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Mrs. Tollie Wimbish, and honestly, she was an absolute gem! She was so incredibly kind and patient, taking her time to explain everything clearly, especially for my mom who had a few questions. She made the whole process feel really smooth and easy, and we left feeling great about our visit. Based on that fantastic first impression, I decided to come back on November 15th to open an account for myself, as I just started my first job and really needed to get things organized. Unfortunately, Mrs. Tollie wasn't there that day. Instead, we were assisted by Mr. David Payne. To be frank, my experience with Mr. Payne was quite frustrating. Right from the start, he seemed to make things difficult. He initially told me I couldn't open an account because I'm 17. After some discussion, he then said it would be possible if my mom was also on the account, which was fine, but the initial resistance felt a bit unwelcoming. On top of that, not having my Texas ID yet seemed to be another hurdle, adding to the general feeling of being difficult. We were honestly so close to just leaving and coming back another day, but I genuinely needed to get this account opened quickly for my new job, so we decided to stick it out. Throughout the rest of the process, it felt like pulling teeth. When it came to something as simple as picking out a design for my debit card, he just told us to go online and figure it out ourselves. It wasn't very helpful or what I expected from customer service. I left feeling really disappointed, especially after such a positive first impression with Mrs. Tollie. Her friendly and helpful approach made everything so much clearer and stress-free. I honestly regret not waiting until she was available to help me again. And I give five stars plus for Mrs.Tollie Wimbish Just wanted to give you a heads-up about the very different levels of service we experienced. Best, Joanna S.

    I actually wanted to provide some feedback about a recent in-branch experience I had. I recently visited a couple of your locations and had quite different interactions. Initially, I stopped by the Burleson branch, and to be honest, I had a bit of a difficult time there. The person assisting me wasn't very helpful, which was a little frustrating. Because of that experience, I decided to try my luck at the Cleburne location instead, and I'm so glad I did! The lady who helped me there was absolutely fantastic – truly a wonderful and incredibly kind person. She made my visit so much better. I just wanted to pass along a huge compliment for her.     I keep receiving phone calls asking that I open up additional accounts for more benefits based on my current account assets. Bizarre. Do your employees have access to customers funds and make these calls based on that? Concern about privacy and will cancel my accounts soon. Be careful with Wells Fargo.

    I came here and met a girl named Abby, she is petite, very beautiful, she was very patient explaining to me many times because I am not good at English, she is very kind, I feel lucky to have met her today and helped me solve the problem of losing my bank card. I am very grateful ☺️👍❤️
