- JHJason HibbardDec 30, 20255.0My wife was recently notified that a new account had been opened in her name with Well Fargo. We tried reporting the fraud by phone, with much frustration. However, we followed-up with a Personal Banker at the branch in Cibolo. Even though we weren't customers, she was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She was able to get the credit card and account that was opened in my wife's name closed...without any further frustrations. Our banking needs are already taken care of, but if you're looking, this branch has good people.

- ECEvelyn CarreroOct 28, 20251.0Bueno al dia de hoy marte estoy llamando desde las 10:15 para que me conecten al area de fraude llamo a la sucursal de cibolo tx me contestan me trasladan al area de fraude y me dicen te devuelvo la llamada y no me llaman ya son las 12 y todavia no me an resuelto nada para mi es un servicio pesimo tratare de llamar mas tarde pues me tiene haci desde el dia de ayer lunes que llame a las 4:20 en la tarde y tampoco porque me trasladan al area de fraude y no me contestan espero me ayuden cuando llame hoy a la 1:00 pues no puedo llegar a la sucursal no tengo mi carro gracias
