    The customer service is awful in this location. They don’t welcome clients in and not willing to help at all. They are there talking and expecting to get pay at the end of the day😡

    These people moved away from having a drive thru entrance to where you HAVE to walk in if you do not have your debit card. You can not even send someone in to deposit your money if you are disabled and in severe pain. The manager was nice, but it shouldn't be this difficult to DEPOSIT CASH. Wells Fargo is the pits. I miss First Interstate's full service business model.

    Es un banco bien, pero en cunto cierra hay un caos aquí, demaciada gente para 2 cajeros automáticos y sin funcionar tenemos que manejar hasta 15 millas para encontrar un banco.!

    I went with an appointment to get my paper notarized. Not sure what the appointments are for if you still have to wait. When it was my turn the lady looks at my paper and says she can not notarize that paper there. I asked her why? She said because it had too many lines… I looked at her with a confused face. She then proceeds to tell me that the post office can notarize it for me. Not sure what is going on at this location but I have never experienced bad service at Wells Fargo before. At my regular location I always get greeted and helped right away. This location was quite the opposite.
