We opened an account here since we moved here. They helped open it & was done in no time. No complaints there. We didn't have an appointment either. Was in town & just decided to stop by. It is in town on the main street. Has 1 atm & 1 drive up teller (watch out for the weird curves in that area) I don't get why they didn't cut the curves out. And no I didn't hit them but I can see how people can. Let me say the biggest problem here, it is that there is no music! It feels like a funeral home...wait no...more like a morgue. Because even funeral homes have music. All they would need is instrumental music (think Lawrence Welk). I understand they probably don't want to "offend" anyone. But it is uncomfortable. You could hear a pin drop or someone's stomach easy! That is why they are missing 1 star. Be aware that is the power goes out in the area their systems go down for awhile afterwards.

I've been trying to call the Centerville branch and it goes to an automated system that I can't access from my cellphone due to service issues in our area. I'm so fed up with these AI and computer animated services. Give me live customer service without the constant pressure to use anything other than a real person.

So we're at the grocery store spending 2+ hours carefully filling our buggy to the top (because we're out of EVERYTHING at the house) budgeting, crunching numbers and all that jazz. We get everything rung up, $182 and some change for the total. Card declines. Both of them. Check our bank: -92.00 Which means when we went into the bank THIS MORNING, directly depositing his paycheck into the account, they decided to hold it- which they never do. And they DIDN'T TELL US. So we wasted a whole evening, have no food at the house, and now we have to go argue with the "helpful" people at the Wells Fargo branch in Centerville because they'll most likely try to nail us with overdraft fees. They have done this once before, were very rude and shady, and we still had to pay out of our pocket because they screwed up. We will be going up there first thing in the morning, withdraw all our money, and close the account. We have been banking with them for a year, and I REFUSE to do anymore with these people. Literally THE WORST banking experience I've ever had. I'd trust my money more with an old coffee can before I trust it with them anymore.
