During a recent visit to the branch, I attempted to deposit cash, but Sam refused to recount the amount using the cash counting machine, despite my reasonable request for verification. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning, especially when dealing with financial transactions. Furthermore, when my debit card was flagged due to a long unused, Sam publicly announced the issue fraud attempt without offering any alternative solutions such as verifying my identity with a valid ID to proceed with the deposit. This not only disrupted the transaction but also caused unnecessary embarrassment and confusion. Sam’s demeanor throughout the interaction was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. I felt disrespected and unsupported as a customer. Such conduct reflects poorly on the standards I expect from Wells Fargo and raises serious concerns about the quality of service and respect for customer dignity.
