My husband was informed the check can not be cashed because it was over a certain amount. And in the same breath he was informed he could open an account to deposit the check. Ma'am what? He took the check elsewhere. This branch is very unprofessional. And there inconsistent practices will have RBFCU losing members quickly if they keep this up.
