The staff have been extremely helpful and have always gone the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction! Natalie, my account manager, has especially surpassed all expectations I’ve previously had of a banker. She is always available to answer any questions I may have, sometimes even outside of business hours (!!) and has always stuck through until my problems have been solved. I recently had a issue with a online banking function and she continuously matched me with the right people and followed up to ensure that I was taken care of. Most other bankers would have passed me off and forgotten about me, but not Natalie. She constantly follows up to ensure everything is satisfactory and I feel very comfortable knowing that my business banking is in the best of hands! Wendell and JD have also been exceptional with their customer service! As long as this team stays together and continues to treat their customers like family, I will continue to be a loyal customer!
