I was with one of the major bank chains, which you have to explain why your'e calling to everyone that comes online. I can speak to the bank manager or his assistants, which always know what my needs are. If you're looking for personal banking, the way it use to be, then walk in a Bank of the Ozarks, you will know you made the right decision. The branch manager at the Cedar Park location is Patrick Hernandez. He knows customer service from much previous banking experience.Hope this helps you make the decision and save much money , which I have already!
