    Cristina was the absolute & most excellent in assisting me with submitting my mobile phone claim!! She didn't just go the extra mile, she went A THOUSAND extra miles!! She was so amazing in helping me with extra items like getting my documents downloaded from my cellphone carrier's site & even guiding me on how to access my email accounts! She's AMAZING!!!! Will be sending everyone to her!!

    My husband and I went in looking for a loan to redo our roof. We had the best experience at this branch as we have been turned down at a bank that I banked at for more than 30 years. Every time we go into this branch, the people are so helpful and so nice. The Assistant Branch Manager Isaiah Zapata greeted us in the lobby, he is awesome and our member consultant Cristina Toves was the best. She was so helpful showing us things available on the mobile app that we were unaware of. She also told us she could help us with our auto and home insurance which I just happen to be in the market for. This is what a bank should be. That is why they will always have our business. Thank you Security Service Federal Credit Union Castroville Branch.
