I met the new manager a couple months ago and she never introduced herself (I assumed she was the manager because she was in the office next to the main door), she didn't ask who I was. When I wanted something notarized, her only questions were "Well are you a customer?" She ended up not wanting to notarize my DBA forms. I have been in several times, and she never greats clients or comes out of her office.
Since then, all but one of the staff have been replaced. Dale is the only familiar face that recognizes me and greets me by name.
This place always felt like a welcoming environment where everyone knew your name and had a small conversation with you while they worked. I have attempted several times to ask the name of the staff (while in drive through), but they shut off the coms before you can respond to anything they say. I have spoken with Emma at the counter, and she seems nice from my one interaction with her.
I miss the old staff, and I am glad that Dale is still here. If it weren't for him, I would be considering a new bank for all my business.

I’ve never had a problem until the recent change in management. The new manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. She’s inconsiderate, never greets customers with a smile, and makes the environment feel tense and unwelcoming. It’s frustrating to walk into a place where you expect friendly service and instead feel like a burden. I hope upper management takes this feedback seriously because this is not the kind of leadership or customer service that reflects well on the bank. If things don’t improve, I’ll be considering taking my business elsewhere. Even when I go through the inside/drive-thru. The service is just as friendly and personal. They remember faces, treat you with respect, and truly make you feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find that kind of consistency and kindness these days, and they deserve to be recognized for it.

This place essentially jumped off a cliff. Been coming here for 9 years. This branch has terminated a manager, brought in a new manager who apparently has zero social skills and sits in her office the entire day. Alayjah was probably the best manager I have dealt with. Michael was great. Monique was great. Not exactly sure what path they are taking here, but you’re losing the great tellers you had/have. Great job guys! (Last sentence was sarcasm)

I have been a member of this bank for over 20+ years. Since it has become Legacy Texas. I have been treated like complete dirt. I have had to go to other banks to get things funded or just have simple things done. No one with this bank cares. NONE. I have been talked to horribly by more than one employee. Once right in front of another employee. Did anything happen. NO I have been extremely calm up until now. The final straw was today after i had to go tracking down a loan application that i submitted over a week ago. The system says next business day. Only to find out that i was again being tossed out like trash. Just a flat NO was told to me. Not hey lets look at some other options that could help you or if you can check on a few things on your end. We might can make something happen. I know you think that this is just someone mad because they was turned down. partly yes but mainly because not one person has rolled up their sleeves and exhausted all their efforts trying to make something work or at least send me in a direction to fix some things. This is the 3rd time. But why is it that another bank has helped me twice with no issues. yet i still stayed loyal to this bank. Well not any longer. Please for your sake. Do not ever deal with this bank or the cold employees.
