  UPDATE 11/7/2025 I just emailedyou the address Pretty disappointed in this bank today because A man came charging at me and my friend today like he was ready to attack us screaming and actually kicked the back of my car .The fact the tellers didn't even bother to call the police or ask us if we we're ok I guess shows how much they care about the customers that have been with them over ten years.The dismissive nature they had like as long as they were in there safe it didn't matter.The reason I say that is because my friend asked if they had cameras the only response was to the situation was only at the ATM and the police had to subpoena them for it which I understand but it wouldn't have hurt to help us out by calling 911 or asking us if we we're ok.The lack of empathy was definitely there.We got a picture of the man who attempted to attack us.

  I opened a checking account on the website. Super easy, the teller who put my deposit in was super nice. A little unsure of herself which leads me to believe that she's in training which is not so bad and she seems to be learning fast

  The ladies here got me a much needed, sizeable bank draft at the drive-thru (due to me not participating in the corona ritual). They are always home-town friendly. And now the lobby's open for those who still like to breathe air.

  I'm rarely ever able to leave a rating this low, but this bank has found a way to substantiate it. I could have overlooked having to pay an $8 convenience charge for cashing a Wells Fargo business account check that my friend and former business partner wrote me, but the insulting manner at which the clerk went about trying to leverage me into opening an account to avoid the fee was beyond belief. I politely told the young lady that I didn't agree with charging a convenience charge for cashing a "same as cash" financial instrument at the institution bearing the account of the check writer. The manager was unoccupied, immediately nearby and in ear shot but never budged or spoke a word. Obviously, they care more about opening new accounts than they do actually providing quality services to entice someone to want to open an account. Furthermore, I received a dirty look from other teller as I said thank you and walked away. As with the previous review, you'd expect the opposite in a small town environment. I will never bank with Wells Fargo based on my experience.
