  I would not recommend this bank. I tried to open an account here 3 times, and each time, either the person who was supposed to be there wasn't available , or they were on vacation, or the bank simply shrugged their shoulders because they couldn't help with a simple issue: opening an account. Its an issue of providing simple, adequate service. Apparently a passport, which requires a SS card to even get, is not enough to open an account here, but it's more than enough to cash a check there, as long as you pay them for it. Each time I went to this bank for service (practically begging them to take my money for an account ), there was a problem. And I took time from work to visit them. Twice. Apparently you can't be upset at subpar service and voice that, but they can give subpar service and you just have to take it with a smile. And because they were upset that I was upset, they wouldn't even allow me to cash some smaller bills for larger bills, so they are petty as well. I truly wanted to support a small town bank, but they have proven that they are unable to provide basic services or decency. Therefore, I would not recommend them for anyone. 1/10 overall experience. EDIT: Since I cannot reply to your review I will say this to the owner who replied: If you were actually wanting to be sorry for the way your business carried itself, when I walked in to cash those smaller bills into larger bills, you would of had your teller ask me to wait a moment while management came to talk to me. Instead, you sent an email out to your tellers telling them to refuse me any kind of service. That doesn't say to me you want to improve services. In fact, this is a stock answer any corporation puts out instead of actually trying to address and resolve the problem. Don't worry though, I know I am not welcomed at your bank anymore because the teller did in fact tell me about this email, so your attempt to save face in case any potential customers come across this review does not come across as genuine.   I was talking to someone and they were doing everything possible not to do there job who charges for basic information when you aready have a account with the bank to get any information they want to charge fees for my checking account and has fee for me to check my savings account they aready charge me for a monthly account
