- PSPoleneni SandyMar 18, 20211.0On 03/15/2021, I called RBFCU about opening a locker at this location, they said there are some available and I asked for an appointment for which they informed I don’t need one and I should just walk-in. I left work early and got to the location in-time. After making me wait for sometime, they informed that their system is down and I should come back the next day. No one even helped try open the account, it just felt like they were using it as an excuse because they had a few people at the cashier counters and it was 30 mins before bank close time. They could have been honest about it or gave me an appointment when I asked for it earlier that day. I have been a customer for years at their Culebra location and never had such an experience. If it wasn’t the closest one to my home right now, I wouldn’t bother going back.
