- EEEgNov 11, 20251.0Me han estado cobrando por tener cuenta de banco, simplemente porque ellos cambiaron sus nuevas pólizas y a mí nunca me llegó ningún aviso, eso me ha causado tantos problemas, por eso he decidido que voy a cerrar mi cuenta y cuando hablo para pedir información, me dicen que no me pueden dar ninguna información, que tengo que ir personalmente, entonces mi pregunta es para que existen las líneas telefónicas, si no te van a poder resolver nada, ni siquiera una pregunta basada a sus nuevas pólizas, se supone que uno habla porque a veces no tenemos tiempo de acudir personalmente al banco y para que te digan que no te pueden ayudar hasta que vayas al banco y llegas al banco y te dicen que no te pueden ayudar hasta que hagas una cita, esto realmente es un fastidio

Entered with my mask on and was promptly met at the entrance by an employee that asked what needed. I replied that I need to "deposit a check and" , then I was cut off told to get back in my car and go through the drive thru, which I loathe. I wanted check on car loans in addition to depositing the check, but I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Texas is opened up, it's time WF to do the same.
