After guessing that we had to scan a QR code, we waited 80 minutes and were never attended to. We arrived at 11:23 and at 12:45 we had to ask why we hadn't been helped yet. They told us there was still another hour and a half wait! Unbelievable! It's a complete lack of respect for the customer. We finally decided to go to Chase Bank to open our savings account and will be closing our account with Wells Fargo.
