Hands down the worse bank I’ve ever did business with! Customer service is horrible and every time I went there I had problems getting my money out! They aren’t even worth the 1 star I had to give them to write this review!

Cannot stand this bank. Understaffed so the line inside or the drive-thru takes FOREVER. They have tons of fees that I didn't have with Citibank. Deposits take forever to clear.
The mobile app works well and I try to do all my banking online so that I never have to go to the bank.

This Bank is a RIPOFF, do not use this bank. Even though you deposited the money it is not in the bank they will only release $100 dollars of any deposit. Meaning you will get an overdraft fee, even though money is there. Customer Service is horrible, drive through banking takes at least 10 - 15 minutes to get business done, the wait inside the bank will also take 10 - 15 minutes if not longer. Not only that but they also have a monthly fee, and if you go over your allowed transactions for that month you will be charged for every item going over that limit. I do not see them staying here very long, because we are not the only ones pulling our accounts out of this bank.
