Why isn't there a sense of ungergcy and the stockholders should be concerned. I never believe the media but alot of bad press starts from the employees here. Get off your phones employees. The employe/ manager that help me looked like he jumped out of a hamper. Must be the one employee getting sued like 3 times over. Horrible! This was back in January 2025. Horrible! Disappointing! District Manager should be responsible for this mess.

Severely understaffed, unprepared employees and on top of that, they have high fees for their poor services. Now I understand why online banking keeps thriving. Definitely will look into switching banks and closing my Wells Fargo accounts.
