- FCFernando CardenasSep 10, 20251.0Never answer their phones. Called 4 different times of the day and no one asnwred. Called when I was inside the bank while one banker was sitting in her desk not attending anyone and still no one answered the phone. It rang and went through automated system 3 times, all this while I was there in the bank watching how they did not have customers and they were not busy, just sitting in their desk. Considering switching bank. No customer service at all.
