One lone employee at the front, trying to juggle everything while a line of 10+ customers builds up like it’s Black Friday at a soup kitchen. Meanwhile, the rest of the branch staff? Couldn’t tell you, maybe hiding in the back perfecting the art of looking busy while doing nothing.
