- CSColby ScottDec 9, 20251.0An absolute joke of a bank. This bank has been nothing but a problem for me. The one star review is absolutely fitting and probably to high of a rating. Customer service was absolute trash and we’re NO help which ended up in them locking my card “(fraudulent charges) when I specifically told them to hold off on it because I am unable to go into town and get a new one. They were also advised that I had already locked my card through the app. I asked if my wife could get my card for me (which had been done before) nope, so I’m left with a locked card and no way to access my funds, and no answers to my questions I originally called for. If you bank, or are thinking of banking with prosperity, save yourself the headache and don’t.
