  Very very very slooowww! Not one to complain but waited 2 hours. Management was in their office and could be much more efficient

  Never banking with them! I called corporate to take care of a fraudulent account and was told to see the local branch. Just saw the assistant manager, who is friendly enough, but was told the local branch couldn't do anything for me. No investigation to see if accounts had been opened, active or closed. Just sent away with "Notify the credit bureaus."

  Always a horrible experience. Every time we have been in, an appointment is needed, but no one is doing anything. When you have an appointment, they cannot complete the tasks. Needed a beneficiary added to an account, sorry can't do that you'll have to make an appointment for next week because there is not a banker that knows how to do that. They can't do a wire the same day unless you have an appointment which is insane. So we had RSA security sent to us and limits upped to avoid this happening. Low and behold the limits were not set up correctly and we cannot do the wire so back to the bank. It took an hour with an appointment to send ONE wire. Every banker has a different answer at each appointment. This is by far the worst branch and we will be looking for another local bank. We have banked with Wells Fargo for 20 years, but this branch makes it impossible to continue business.

  My mother went to this location after the loss of my sister, her youngest child, to close my sister's account. A few weeks ago my mother met with a woman for about half an hour who said everything was taken care of... My mother just had to wait 30 days after the death and bring in the death certificate before they would let her get the money out of the account. She waited a few extra days just in case. She went in today and they would not give her the money out of my sister's account. All of a sudden, they wanted more information about my sister and refused to do anything unless my mother made an extra appointment for a different day because they didn't have enough employees to help her... My sister had no spouse or children. Wells Fargo has NO right to keep this money any longer. Legally in Texas, it belongs to the deceased parents NOW. Horrible customer service to someone who just lost a family member. Not only was this wrong and unprofessional, but insensitive, rude, and callous. I will absolutely never use this bank!

  Sorry bank. All other bank lobbies in town are open. You have to make an appointment here. No local number. I need in my bank box. No luck. Can't even talk to anyone here. DON'T BANK HERE
