- GGgkbridenjrJun 27, 20251.0I’ve been a member for 10 years. In the past I have been able to count on TDECU for personal and business loans. I recently purchased a jet ski through them. I was required to have insurance. Which is understandable and fine with me, who wouldn’t want that. I submitted the insurance information through their link. And started getting letters in the mail saying it if I didn’t get insurance they were going to add insurance to my loan. I called the support line and they said they would reimburse me. The letter said that they want me to insure the jet ski trailer. For a value of 21,000$. A $21000 jet ski trailer ?? First off all whoever approved a loan thinking a jet ski trailer is worth $21000 dollars should be fired. Knew they are worth 1700$. the trailer is listed with the insurance for the jet ski. It’s on the declaration. I went into the Brazoria office and emailed the declaration to the banker IN PERSON. still no luck.
