- TWTroy WOct 3, 20251.0"I sincerely believe banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies" - Thomas Jefferson This "bank" is a horrible institution that abruptly locked my account because I disputed a fraudulent transaction. They provided no notice or any attempt to contact me. I found out my card was locked when I tried to purchase my regular medication from local pharmacy. Luckily I was able to use my credit card. If not, I don't know what I would have done. I immediately called and was placed on hold for over 30.minutes. I was then informed that the branch "manager" locked my account and "forgot" to inform me. What a joke. I thought this was a good bank. I have even referred my friends to open an account here. I was wrong. I regret the day I ever stepped foot into this place .
