- KPkelcey peteOct 27, 20251.0I went in to get a copy of a settlement for a closed account and the woman said she couldn’t help me even though when I called, I was told I’ll have to go into the branch to revive a copy of the paperwork instead of getting it mailed. She was extremely lazy and not willing to help.
- NKNonie KendrickAug 2, 20222.0WF used to be wonderful. Terrific to work with. Ever since that mass scandal from ten years ago, things haven’t been the same. I know there’s been a mass exodus of employees, namely in it’s Wealth Management Division. I wouldn’t be surprised if within five years it implodes & goes the way of the Pony Express, which would be rather ironic. I took the bulk of my money & went to another bank & only kept a small amount there for the sake of convenience. This bank better shape up & get its stuff together.

Due to the nature of the funding, we had many questions and Mario was able to answer them all, either himself or by reaching out to an associate. He even stayed on the conference call with the brokerage to ensure that everything went smoothly. Great experience! Thanks Mario!

The employees that they have are nice, but bank is poorly run. I keep saying I’m going to move, but haven’t yet. Need to find a hometown bank that actually cares.
