Was met with "Go wait over there" followed by "We can't help you right now we are short-staffed on Saturday, you'll need to come back this afternoon." Took my business next door to Security Service Boerne and was met with excellent customer service and open arms. The choice was obvious. Crystal was excellent and took the time to explain everything, and give my teenager the tools he needed to start his own account. Highly recommend!

I wanted to set up some Certificates of Deposits (CD’s) and wanted to start a layer of CD’s (CD’s with different maturity dates). I started with Crystal and she set up 2 of the CD’s. She had an appointment with another customer and I needed to go run an errand, so she set up an appointment for me to return a couple hours later. Right at the appointment time I met with Alissa and she continued to give me excellent service. I had a situation that required a senior person on the team approve a deposit so I could get the last CD finished up and Ting Ting was so accommodating and that allowed it to all be completed that day. I’m very happy with the continued outstanding service I always receive when I go into my Boerne Branch. Thank you so much.
