Was met with "Go wait over there" followed by "We can't help you right now we are short-staffed on Saturday, you'll need to come back this afternoon." Took my business next door to Security Service and was met with excellent customer service and open arms. The choice was obvious. Go where you're welcome.

Whatever changed has made it beyond difficult, from associates answering the phone unable to do their jobs or carry through with what they said they'd do to apparently deleting our discussions. Looking for a better place to take my money as we speak.
