- TOtreemagnet oNov 14, 20171.0A few weeks ago, this clown Marquard knocks on my door. Our neighborhood has a clearly posted No Trespassing/No Solicitors sign at the front gate. When I opened the door, I advised Marquard the sign was posted, stated he was trespassing, and told him to leave or I would notify the county sheriff. Before he turned to leave, he had the unmitigated gall to ask if I wanted his card…I just closed the door. About a week later, I received a “Thank You” card in the mail stating the following: “Thank you for allowing me to introduce myself and my firm to you. I appreciate the time that you spent with me, and I look forward to the opportunity to get to know you better. When I can be of service to you and your family, please let me know. Thanks again, Ryan Marquard” Another neighbor received the same card. Thus, he probably sends the same repetitive garbage note to everyone on his cold call route with zero recollection of any conversations he may have had. My recommendation is beware of “Financial Advisors” who show up unannounced on your doorstep.
