From the very beginning Christina Hopson was very helpful in scheduling all the details for our closing. Her job was made a little more difficult due to the moving window of completion date from our builder. Regardless of this, she stayed in touch with us on a regular basis and assured us that everything would be ok. This re-assurance allowed us to focus on other issues regarding our pending move. Again, I can't say enough good things about the "hands on" service we got from Christina and the mortgage team! This is a great example of what customer service is supposed to look like!
