- SPSean PowerAug 28, 20241.0I was incredibly blown away at the response I received when I walked into this branch to open a bank account for my 15 year old daughter. After picking her up at school and driving 15 minutes to get to the bank we walked in the door at 4:38. We waited in the lobby for someone and then when someone came to greet us I informed him we needed to open an account for my daughter. He looked at his watch and said, we close in 20 minutes and unfortunately that wouldn’t work. I admit I don’t know how long it takes to open an account but imagine it isn’t longer than 25 or 30 minutes. He asked me to come back on the weekend, which doesn’t work because she has to be with me and works. So, here we are with no way to open an account. I’m floored no one would stay 5 minutes past closing to help out a customer, much less one who has been with wells since 2006. I called the admin for the area manager, no answer and I’m not holding my breath. Awful service.
