    Muradali Mithani was very respectful and helped me in any way he could to try and figure out why I wasn't getting my debit card. I sit here now with my NEW debit card in hand, all thanks to him. Thank you, sir, for everything.

    I wanted to open a business account. I was accommodated by Mr. Muraldi Mithani. He was very knowledgeable and courteous to what I needed. He was very meticulous to make sure there was not any mistakes. Thank you sir for your customer service. I look forward to restructure my account in the future.

    This branch is terrible. No one ever, ever answers the phone. They say they are short staffed. This has been the case for months and months. Any other branch is better than this one.

    April 2 2021 at 11:48 am Second visit to WF on Central in Texas DFW Last week mom died. Im her only daughter in addition my Power of Attorney states I have controll of all finances ect... First visit I was going to cash a check and they called adult Protective services on me. Today I wanted to see banker they said must have appointment. I dont have a car and Lady Banker said To show her Death Certificate I do have it. But why show it if They have no appointments so they can block account?so I said no. And will go somewhere else to close acct But was going to.write a bad review Then she started to be nice I said no you have no appt And walked out. She actually was going to block account. Mara Bad Customervservice i said no
