  The staff inside are great, personable and greets you nicely. However, I don’t like that you have to do a video call for the different services the credit union provides, I prefer face to face. Also, I wasted over an hour today working on setting up a business account. I had everything on the list that they said was required. As I thought we were wrapping things up I was told that I couldn’t complete the opening of the account because I didn’t have a physical piece of mail that was addressed to my business on hand. I found another credit union that was willing to work with me.
