- JPJenna ParkerJul 30, 20255.0When I initially read the reviews for this bank I was very hesitant to come however I needed a cashiers check so I reluctantly went in. I was greeted with nothing but hospitality and respect. Everyone smiled and greeted me. I was helped in literally one second of walking into the bank and was done in about five minutes. I don’t know why the reviews were so bad because this was an extremely pleasant and swift banking experience. Kyle helped me and he was extremely helpful. Definitely will be going to this location again!

They said it's a convenience fee but it seems to be only convenient for the bank. What a rip-off. What is the world coming to?

Will not be doing business with Wells Fargo again and will be closing my account. By far the worst location in Beaumont. Shut it down and start again.
