- THTasha HallJul 18, 20251.0Went in to cash a $36 check that was written on your bank by one of your clients. Was told it was going to cost me $10 to cash this check because I’m not a member. This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard I get you wanna charge a couple of dollars to cash a check for somebody That is not a member. But the ones that have accounts there that wrote the check first of all, it’s a business so they have a business account which means they conduct business on it, which means they pay fees for the services that you provide. Their customers or clients that come to cash the check they wrote on your bank is getting charged ?! You are doubling down on how much you’re getting out of them writing a check and then cashing that check All of the same $36.

What’s important is to remember to be patient like in everything. They’re only human and they can only do so much The other location on Phelan That’s a different story But in this branch, everyone is very nice and they try to get you in and out as soon as they possibly can

Are they too good to do teller work? Absolutely the WORST customer service ever!
