- DWD WNov 12, 20251.0I opened an account with capitol one for local convenience... Very exhausted with mobile banking due to always prolonged services. However, no calls will ever be answered by anyone in the actual institution (capitol one). You will have delaying issues to access your money with mobile deposit that they will not be expressed to you until too late. They also will not be able to do anything about it besides wait. I am not happy with the one service I needed from capitol one... Highly regretting opening this account. - NEGATIVE STARS -

When I returned, the new cashier’s check was printed with the wrong date — two days in advance instead of the actual date. This could have caused issues with my apartment payment, but thankfully it didn’t. I just want to advise others to double-check all details before leaving, as mistakes like this can be stressful. Please be more careful when issuing official documents like cashier’s checks.
- RSRick StraubJul 3, 20251.0Got a fraudulent charge on my debit card for $1153.00 and CapOne is holding my money for 10 days before reimbursing my account. Oh and it’s 4th of July vacation time. Talked to a representative who transferred me to a supervisor named Andre who told me he really didn’t care wasn’t going to help and hung up on me. What a total disgrace. I won’t have to cancel vacation but won’t be able to do all we wanted. Really poor customer service.
