Despite the pressure, both tellers remained friendly and professional, which I truly appreciate. They deserve recognition and better support. Management needs to step up and ensure adequate staffing. This level of service isn’t fair to employees or customers.

I came here for my very basic need on the voided check but that took me more than a hour to finish by moving backward and forward between the teller and the banker. they only know how to answer yes/no on your questions without any useful advice and customer service. they expect us to be an expert on banking before coming to their branch. I am wondering whether the bank trained them. the bankers and tellers also have rude faces and not being nice.
