- SLSarah LDec 5, 20251.0Been a member for several years, constantly have issues with fraudulent charges and my card being turned off. Recently had my retirement company send me a 3rd direct deposit (THIRD deposit is important) the bank rejected it stating that they did it because of the "type" of account or that I am not the main account holder. BUT they accepted it 3 times before.... Never offered any solutions other than maybe I need to open a new bank account. The lady on the customer service line was rude and stated "Well, policies change ma'am" and the manager REFUSED to get on the line to assist me.
