  I have been a customer with this bank for sometime. I have tried to get a loan from this bank for sometime, in which has been denied these last years. In 2012-2019 the service to get approved was much faster and I was always approved. I have good credit and was going to secure the loan with a paid in full car. In which I was requesting a loan for repairs on a vehicle. I gave all the needed information upfront to expedite the loan to the underwriting..I called this morning and a decision has not been made. I explained to them what the loan would be used for to only be left on hold. I have applied with other leading services for $199,000.00 and have been approved. But I wanted to use my bank and always is denied large amount of loans.

  As a new customer I tried to place a simple zelle transaction. This automatically placed my account on hold. The call center was not helpful. Not their fault. Eventually I was told that my account was put on hold for my protection, because I had placed a zelle transaction within the first 30 days of opening the account. Had I written a check this would not have happened. This is arrogant, lazy and insulting. I requested to speak with a senior bank executive. This did not happen. Bottom line: It is 2024! Lazy policies are counter productive.

  Went in bank last week to speak to someone about opening an account, no one was in the bank workers were chatting with each other - I was turned away as the person was not in. Decided to give them a second chance today, I called and was told the person was out only person who could probably help would be a manger I said ok was put on hold - then they came back and my name etc., was put on hold and after a bit I just hung up.
