Sure enough, sometimes services are not speedy but I have witnessed incredible kindness and patience from the tellers and staff to customers that needed it. Never have i seen an ounce of disrespect to a person, no matter how confused or limited. I like my bank because I like the people who work there. They have more heart than words can describe. While I have never witnessed anyone being unkind, watching Jonathan Rogue was the individual who I was talking about. Patience, courtesy and professionalism.
