    Bandera is a town of old cowboys. Most of us have been rode hard and put away wet. Sure enough, sometimes services are not speedy but I have witnessed incredible kindness and patience from the tellers and staff to customers that needed it. Never have i seen an ounce of disrespect to a person, no matter how confused or limited. I like my bank because I like the people who work there. They have more heart than words can describe. While I have never witnessed anyone being unkind, watching Jonathan Rogue was the individual who I was talking about. Patience, courtesy and professionalism.

    The ATM keep my card (it got jammed) called to find out what to do, and of course no one answered the phone. No one ever answers the phone at this branch. Horrible customer service!!!

    I had to wait over 40 mins in the drive through line. I can understand if we weren't in covid times, but the fact is you have to make an appointment to be let in the lobby. Which mean limited people there. So why the long lines in the drive through? I saw staff sitting down in the lobby talking and chatting while I was in line. I won't return to to this bank nor recommend it to my family and friends.

    I've always had good service here and the staff are very nice. It's a large chain but the bank in Bandera still has that small town feel.
