- PPpetethemedicOct 6, 20251.0Simply awful people at their job working here in comparison to our other banking institutions. The few middle aged women here with not even a smile to offer seems to be the requisite trait to work here. Very very slow service. And this branch is never crowded. The 50-60 year old black woman with the blond wig is the worst and I'm black also. After she dismissed the customer in front of me, I waited for her to wave me to the counter. We stared at each other for 45+ seconds until she decided to call me to the window. I reported this trifling to the manager that told me he'd transferred and previously worked in Utah. I've have an account here since 2008. Not for long. Do better with the bare minimum Amegy. I'm still closing my account.
