- YYYvesDec 8, 20251.0Literally the dumbest bank. So dumb they don't know how dumb they are. Go anywhere else. Frost is the best, btw. Their processes are tedious, their customer wifi is unsecure, they have obviously forced smiles while attempting to navigate their own horror show of banking. avoid.

They took $200,000 from my account by mistake and then tell me I have to wait 7 days to get it back! They can’t be trusted. Lots of better choices. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for banking fraud as well as filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
