- CAChris Annoni4 days ago1.0AVOID WELLS FARGO! ZERO STARS They treat customers like trash after being with them for 41 years. This is the last straw. They took $200,000 from my account by mistake and then tell me I have to wait 7 days to get it back! They can’t be trusted. Lots of better choices. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for banking fraud as well as filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s Office.

I only have credit card accounts and a mortgage with Wells Fargo, no checking or savings. I recently accidentally paid the wrong card accout. After speaking to a few people on the phone (and we all know how difficult it is to get a person on the phone with large companies), I decided to come talk to a banker. I had to make an appointment and did. A marvelous young gentleman was incredibly helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. He took care of everything in about 10 minutes and I'm very pleased.
