I gave them a call and they got me in for an appointment almost instantly. My personal banker was Mecholah and she was fantastic. She was very helpful and personable! She made the experience very smooth and pleasant! Very nice facility as well.

Almost all my banking now is done on-line, but occasionally I use their ATM for deposit or some cash. Very fraud sensitive -- will block a suspicious transaction -- which sometimes means they block the account access, which requires a phone call or a branch visit. But with 24/7 customer service, I have always been able to timely resolve an issue, even while traveling overseas.
