- WWWill Van winkleApr 1, 20191.0Called today so I could ask a couple questions about MY bank account and a “Cherri” answers the phone. She sounded literally annoyed that I even called and said “call the customer service number on the back of your card” as to where I said “I call this branch all the time and y’all help me out” then she put me on hold for like 10 minutes and another woman answers sounding just as annoyed. I literally had such a simple question and she answered it within 5 seconds. Your job is to sit there and answer the phone and help people with bank stuff. Don’t be annoyed when you have to do it.

She was carrying on a conversation with another woman that kept seeming like it was about to stop but then would start up again. A second or two of silence would go by, and before I could say something they would start up again. They weren't sitting across from each other but rather next to each other, and the woman had a male sitting across from her handling her loans, so they couldn't have been discussing business and hence must have been shooting the breeze. I felt like I was invisible.
