    Spoke on the phone with the teller (Katie Briones) that was going to do my paperwork today. Specifically told her I don’t have physical copies with me & that I have the PDF & wanted to make sure that was fine before driving out 40 minutes. I made sure of that 2-3x before hanging up & driving over. Well, I arrived early, waited & was told I need the physical copy. Spent 2 hours of my time driving from Wells Fargo to Wells Fargo & waiting, with wrong information. No wonder these Wells Fargo’s have 2-3 star reviews. Should just close my accounts with them.

    Awesome,all staff are helping good service, spacious and specially Mr GABRIEL J VAZQUEZ help me to solve out my problem Mr Gabriel is very good and kind person God bless him,he gave us his expensive time for my requirement I appreciate to whole team of Wells Fargo Bank specially thanks to Mr GABRIEL 🙏🙏🙏

    Went in to make a small change to my account. Two bankers sitting in cubicle together talking and a third banker in another cubicle with earbuds in. Asked for help and they claimed they had no appointments available and were “fully booked” even though there wasn’t a single customer in the waiting area or being served. Instead of taking 5 mins to help me make the update to my account, the banker took 10 mins showing me how to make an appointment through the app (which kept bugging out) and finally got me scheduled 3 hours later at a branch miles away. Then stood there in an empty lobby claiming they were all booked up. Sadly, Wells Fargo hasn’t kept up with technology (which would allow me to make changes myself online) and have also sacrificed customer service. I’ll be taking my business to a credit union who wants to help their customers.
