The Teller told us it would just be a moment as she and another employee were doing something on the computer. We waited, and waited, and waited. They ignored us when I said to my wife in a voice loud enough for them to hear “Maybe we should just leave.” They ignored us when I said “I guess they just don’t care.” They ignored us when we just left. Not a huge deal but piss poor customer service. 😕

- FNFelix NickJul 5, 20185.0Hey man, lots of people seem to be angry but I dunno! I go through the drive through a lot and they always are quick to service and with a Loli POP. I also go in with a business and checks go through very easily, (IMPORTANT) they correct any mistakes in deposit slips without hasting us, and are always helpful when I go in to get more info. Only complaint is that they weren’t able to tell me if I could attach a Business Account through Zelle, over the phone. I had to go in for them to tell me but some good came out of it in the end.

The manager here is just plain awful made me feel very unwelcome. Wouldn't let me cash my check and suggesting she put a hold on my check. When I went to another branch today with no problem and got my check cashed. Sick and tired of the manager who works there it was Oct 2,2017 at 5:45pm I'm going to cancel my account with Wells Fargo due to her service. So Wells Fargo You lost a customer you had for 6 years!
