- PRPolly RandellAug 31, 20255.0When you are in a panic mode from having your computer, phone & bank accounts hacked, & can't drive to the bank fast enough to close them, it's an invasively frightening experience. Upon reaching Wells Fargo Bank, I ran into Associate Personal Banker Katie Rowe's cubical without even signing in. Immediately, Ms. Rowe accessed our desperation and took charge, reassuring my husband & me that we did the right thing by coming in so quickly. She reassured us that no money was stolen. She closed & opened new accounts & ordered checks. It was an immediate lift from our shoulders and hearts. Katie Rowe's warmth, professionalism & immediate action was exactly what we needed, & we'll always be grateful. She's the epitome of professionalism that every company, big or small should strive for.

Easy process with Christopher Ledoux at this location. The teller was not as great, but still had a great overall experience due to Chris!
