  I've been gathering certain financial documentation for a bureaucratic process I need to apply to in the next couple weeks and the service at this WellsFargo branch has been outstanding. Both Mecholah and Juana have gone well above and beyond to provide the custom forms I needed and have offered very helpful advice on financial matters. They friendly, yet professional, demeanor and dedication to service are very much appreciated.

  I went to the drive through ATM here on 11/10/25. Made two separate deposits on the same transaction. Only one deposit was cleared as I noticed when I returned home there was $1k missing from the total, which was the amount of my first deposit. I immediately contacted the branch several times and was told I needed to call customer service. I filed a claim and was told 10 days later that there was no overage of money in the ATM from that evening. Which is not true. I have now had to file an investigation, push to get video footage, and potentially need to get a lawyer to solve this mess. I am not sure who WF is using for counting and closing the machine at night, but something is extremely wrong here. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this branch, and I would not recommend making deposits here unless you enjoy taking crazy pills.

  So I've heard all the bad things about Wells Fargo been with them for years never thought this would happen to me. Looked at my account one morning over 5,000 great everything's going good. And this is available balance. Next morning look at my bank account again negative-----ready to start bouncing things are you kidding me they're holding two checks one for 2001 for 2000 and some change. Go to the bank what the hell's going on oh one of the checks hasn't cleared because it doesn't look like the signature. The other check we need to check the funds okay those are both lies so I called two other Banks to find out what the problem is oh Mr Casey those checks have cleared. But Wells Fargo is telling me they haven't. Even the banker at the bank told the main bank they sent me an email that everything had cleared. So I caught them dead in a lie. Both Banks had cleared the checks the funds were in the Wells Fargo accounts both Banks clarified this information before Wells Fargo would release anything I had to prove it. And I did I'm prepared my account 2B moved never again with Wells Fargo and I have my doubts about chase after the news.

  Terrible, made one feel outcast and discriminated against. Get there at open and told to wait while they took care of others. End up waiting half an hour for what should have been a 10 minute wait max.
