No exceptions. Very disappointed. Have been doing business with Wells Fargo for years. I had my business account with them. So not happy with them.
- STSally TymanSep 4, 20255.0I can not speak more highly of the pure gentleman that have helped me at this branch. The manager Sergio went out of his way to speak to my employers (who were trying to treat me poorly) to advocate for my best interest. This was made even more admirable because I wasn't even a Wells Fargo customer. He took hours out of his day for communication with my employers, me, and other people involved just to make sure that I was helped as much as was in his power. While Sergio was in meetings, my call was forwarded randomly to a teller named Amir. Not only was he friendly/respectful/knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond as well. He also called my employers, checked in with Sergio, and advocated for me multiple times. Days later, I came into the branch. I happened to get Sergio and Amir at the counter. They both recognized my name, and immediately remembered me. Both men apparently inquired multiple times to see if I had been taken care of. People like this are rare and ANY company should be more than lucky to have them represent their brand. This branch manager and his teller Amir should be the golden standard for not only Wells Fargo, but people in general. Thank you both so much!

This has never happened since being a member with them. I’ve deposited checks more than 5k+ and showing up to THIS location was apparently a problem.
