I've seriously never been to a bank that was completely incapable of moving their drive thru lines along. These people clearly don't care about their customers at all. If you want nice, efficient service, go somewhere else. These people are an absolute joke.

The gentleman at the door treated us like animals pushing us back from the door and the teller was sitting there with nobody around her and called us after several moments waiting to get a simple cashiers check. Then while she was helping us was called away from her position to attend something else while she was trying to get us our cashiers checks. Then she asks my husband is there someone else on your account and looking at me. My husband tells her yes my wife and she says what’s her name? Yes lady he’s married Not coming here again. Is Bank of America taking on new customers?
