There's people not that busy but you need a apartment. That is just annoying.i wanted to open a bank account that it makes you not wanna open one.

Then threatened me with do you want me to finish or not. When I asked to speak to the manager, I think her name was Karen, she was just as rude and blamed me as well, told me my complaints were only going to make me wait longer. Wow that’s great customer service. Don’t waste your time going to this branch go to the branch on congress and oltorf they are great and never have a problem with the amount of transactions I have, if I am there first I get taken care of first.

They lie to me and tell me I'm wrong when I go in there and they have simply neglected to give me $200-500 when it comes to my change. Sometimes this is difficult to notice until I get back to my business as the money is in a bag and I'm usually in a hurry. This impacts more than just my time as I have to pay people to waste their time in this terrible place full of terrible people. Id like to add something. A new wells fargo has opened closer to where i work anf they have employees who are capable of counting. However. The will to serve your clinentelle is next to none as an entire industry. Wells fargo is by far the worst offender of this unwillingness to serve your clientelle. Open 9-1 is entirely pountless and dosent help anyone. The drive through that is stated to be open 9-2 is really open until 1:45. They would have to weed out those last minute people, cause, come on. Who cares about the customer.
