  I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 14 years, they were unable to assist me today, recently lost my wallet debit card and ID, ordered a new one, until then I am unable to access my money... I presented my state-issued electrician license, two of my recent paychecks, as well as my most recent expired ID, I showed them my Wells Fargo mobile account, as well as information for my financial advisor who works at Wells Fargo.... Hard to believe that after 14 years this place is making it difficult when I'm in a bind.

  This bank is always busy. Why doesn’t management be more considerate of their customers and put at least two tellers in the lobby.

  El dia de hoy martes 26 de agosto fue hacer un deposito y retirar Ciesta cantidad de dinero y resulta que aviaa algunas personas que estaba afuera del banco y pues resulta que me siguen a donde es mi destino para en una gasolineras por unas cosas y enseguida ni 3 min pasaron y me abren mi camioneta esa personas que vi en la tienda al parecer a esso se dedican a robar me gustaría saber si alguien de adentro esta una perona avisado alas otras que lleva uno dinero y si es eso el gerente oh encargado de esta sucursal tiene que ver si tiene gente que estén trabando con pedonsnas que extinciónan alas demás personas la verdad no se como se dieron cuanta que retire dinero y seguirme a mi ruta eso si es bastante molesto y que quein robar tu dinero 💰 asi nomas tan fácil

  Went to the counter with 1 box of nickels 1 box of Pennie’s another 1/2 box of Pennie’s. 4 rolls of dollars and a couple of other rolls and no one in line - the girl need help so a guy came over and helped her and instantly they were say all the rolls were short so I counted one that they said was short and it was not !!!! they acted like they didn’t want the coins !!!! So I said give what you think is short so they gave me all three boxes back !!! I came home counted to make sure and not one roll was short !! No one roll !!!! If you don’t want my money just tell me I’ll bank somewhere else !!! Tried to call but nobody ever answered !! Really thinking about changing banks !!!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO. THEY HAVE TOOK MONEY FROM ME, PUT MY ACCOUNTS IN NEGATIVE, NEVER RECEIVED MY 2 REFUNDS FROM AUTOZONE FOR OVER 200. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE NEVER BANK WITH THEM!!!!!
