    If I could give a zero star, I would. Called 5 times to get a hold of a banker into getting information about my account. Was transferred to automated voicemail and told me I needed an appointment to get my answer. Horrible branch service when answering calls.

    I absolutely cannot stand the new set up Wells on West Slaughter Ln! What happened to the wonderful staff?? I miss the staff! Instead of person to person contact, it’s now computerized with AI & IT.🥵😡🥵😡🥵😡🥵😡

    If I could give a zero star i would. We went into set up an account for my son. Was told we needed an appointment and to arrive early. Rescheduled for the following Friday. We arrived 15 minutes early and ended up waiting 30 min past our scheduled time and no banker insight. We finally gave up and left. I also tried to deposit a check from my mom and the teller told me no he couldn’t do it because the signature went over one of the numbers on the check. I took the check to the Brodie location and they helped me with no problem Trust me drive the 10 minutes and go to the Brodie location, you will thank me later

    I have been in this line for 90 minutes and still have a vehicle in front of me. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for 20 years and have never seen anything like this!

    This is the absolute worst bank I’ve ever been to. The drive through bank is worked by people that probably have the lowest IQs in modern history. I waited in line behind one car for 30 minutes. I am closing my account with them immediately.
